Italy. because Germany can´t end 7th or 8th, so it means Italy is qualified for next year

In the end this probably wont change much, we should finish 4th in this group even without him and even with him we wouldve been chanceless in the quarterfinal.

just one thing this is not a world cup. world cup will be in september. this is the world championships.
