So happy for Serbia, congrats!!

At least they were able to win this gold, I'm still so sad not to see them at the OG, those guys are great!

 

 

And about Italy... Giannelli's face recieving the best setter awards says it all...

FIVB just got a letter that According to WADA, 8 Russian volleyball and 2 beach volleyball players used doping....Oh, Russia :lol:

The Women's European Championship u-19 starts in a few minutes :)

The participating teams are:

In GROUP A In Nitra, Slovakia :BEL:BUL,  :CRO:FRA:SVK:TUR

In GROUP B In Györ, Hungary :BLR, :GER,  :HUN:ITA:RUS:SRB.

New world rankings are out after Rio. So they are now not counting the continental championships, but continue that idiotic World Cup?! FIVBs rankings are going the way as FIFAs rankings, as being completely pointless. But the worse part is that FIVB uses them for many draws, tournaments, shenanigans..

What's so idiotic about the World Cup? Shouldn't there be a global tournament? :yikes:

The World Cup invites the top two teams in the world rankings from each continent, so in essence if the world ranking is stupid, so is this tournament.

groups are disaster. :facepalm: From group B, four team can win a medal. Maybe only Belarus and Hungary are not that good.
