The 20Km Men's Race Walk is on. Huge event for us. Can we get a new NR? Can someone go below 1 min 20 sec and provide us some medal chance in this category, we haven't improved on Irfan's timing in the London Olympics yet, let's hope for the best.

Wonderful day for India at the Wrestling Qualification tournament

 

Gold for Vinesh in 48 kg

 

Silver for Sakshi Malik in 58 kg

 

Shilpi Sheoran lost the bronze medal repechage match in 63 kg

 

Two quota places for India in 48 kg and 58 kg women's freestlye

not a great performance at this level ....was hoping for someone to clock 1:20,,,,,,,, which would hv been a top 10. perf

The team (performance of best 3 is considered) finished 7th
