No confirmed reports about that. In fact, considering that there would be civilian ships in Karachi as well, I doubt we will destroy it.

Put together, religion as a cause will probably still beat them (especially the many, many millions of deaths in many centuries of Islamic and Christian conquests and such), but obviously I definitely won't say atheists have not caused their huge share of suffering as well
