Traitor is a nice way to describe him, really the only explanation for his actions (because I'm going to naively believe he is not actually dumb) is that he is a foreign agent and not even really hiding it, at all

Just like this incident of Nord stream , Russia is making troubles between Mali/ALG to stop the project of pipeline Gas Nigeria/Europe

 

Europe should help ALG to control the area if they want this Gas , while governements of Niger/Mali are stupid manipulated by Emirats/Russia/Satanyahu
