ooooooooh scandal BIATHLON

65 suspected cases in biathlon - IBU President resigns

The biathlon threatens a major doping scandal. The World Association IBU is accused of covering up 65 cases of doping since 2011. This is reported by the Norwegian newspaper "Verdens Gang" and the television channel NRK, citing investigators. IBU President Anders Besseberg, who is at the center of the investigation, did not confirm the number, but the allegations in the room.

The topic of doping has been swept under the carpet by the Biathlon World Association for years - until now: the functionaries of the World Association are even threatened with jail. The image of the sport takes heavy damage.

So all 65 cases all supposed to come from Russia.

The story being that Russian Biathlon paid IBU officials to ignore these tests.

If it can be proved there will be masses of disqualification. people will go to jail and the Russian Biathlon Union could be banned or even expelled.

But, of course, first this has to be proved to be true.
