France and Russia are even shittier than Germany (although i didnt know that Russia was even allowed to compete). Africa is clearly the best. Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa are top 6 + most american, british and jamaican athletes are also from Africa, so Africa is top 6. Netherlands is the best non-african nation.
