Mexico is one away of making it to Divison II A

I hope they secure their ticket tomorrow against Romania

I can not imagine what must happen for Mexico to not win tomorrow :d ofc it´s a sport and everything is possible, but certainly not tomorrow and certainly not in this match, I´m expecting even a double digit win for your girls. :) and even if by some magic a miracle happen tomorrow, you have still everything in your own hands for the last match against Turkey

Wow, I don't know about the double digits, but they sure are heavy favorites.

well, in final it wasn´t a double digit win, but still a pretty clear win. Congrats for the gold medals and qualification for higher level. Great tournament from your girls.  Seems that womens hockey in Mexico is working very well :)

Mission accomplished I think.

Women's hockey seems to be having its moment, despite being a relatively new program

Now, I hope the federation give the girls some incentives and better training, so they can keep competing on Division II A and then try to move up.

    • I have reported this again and they said it should be fixed now, please let me know if you are still facing issues.
    • more countries added to the list of US ban    you can't travel to USA if you are from : burkina faso , niger , Laos , South sudan , mali , sierra leon ...
    • Yes, but what I mean for Serbia is that everything changed there (unfortunately for us ). 2022 was an unbelievable mess, that's not the case anymore now with just one athlete who has really gone for it and made it, so I'm 99% sure they'll accept it this time.   Who knows though. Plus there's always 1-2 bigger countries here or there who reject something, but it's not gonna be 16 places I'm afraid
    • Doping by Event Type When we look at which events have the most doping cases, a few categories stand out from recent sanction records: Long Distance (3,000m and above): 32% of cases Sprints (400m or less): 24% of cases Jumps: 12% of cases Javelin: 8% of cases Middle Distance (800m–1,500m): 8% of cases Hammer: 8% of cases Steeplechase (3,000m SC): 4% of cases
    • From 2020 to 2025    These three countries alone make up almost two-thirds (61.9%) of all current doping violations in athletics worldwide. It’s worth noting that 199 of World Athletics’ 214 member federations have no athletes on the current ban list. This means the problem is really concentrated in a small number of places. Here’s a look at the top countries: Rank Country Total Violations Percentage Region 1 Kenya 119 24.74% Africa 2 India 108 22.45% Asia 3 Russia 73 15.18% Europe 4 China 26 5.40% Asia 5 Turkey 20 4.16% Europe 6 Italy 18 3.74% Europe 7 South Africa 18 3.74% Africa 8 Ukraine 17 3.53% Europe 9 United States 16 3.33% North America 10 Morocco 15 3.12% Africa
