I think that the quota is nominal and not national.

yes if she got caught after the qualifier, Morocco can send someone else

After the qualifier exactly 13 may

it was a sad news she told me that she had been controlled 12 times in her carrer and never was caught for doping

Taekwondo isn't a sport for doping but we never know

after this disqualification they have been 3 anti-doping tests last month and another today for all the qualifying athletes 

the national olympic committee said that they will do another one before travelling to Rio
