Andorra received one of the wild cards (women's -63kg). But too bad that we have to find alternative ways to learn about wild cards as IJF still didn't publish anything.

Do you have any sources related to it? I can't search any of them on google.

It's on Wikipedia (source).

Thanks  @FC Mezhgorye, we missed the most obvious source I guess!

So these are the wild cards.

Men's -60kg - :LAO:MON:PLE

Men's -66kg - :DJI:SUR

Men's -73kg - :SRI:SYR:TAN:YEM

Men's -81kg - :MNE

Men's -90kg - :BIZ:SUD

Men's -100kg - :SMR:AFG

Women's -52kg - :BDI

Women's -63kg - :MKD:NEP:AND

Some very random choices I have to say! South Africa officially declined continental quota in men's -66kg (which went to :COD). Looks like Palau withdrew too (I think that quota went to Italy in -48kg).

Why the hell would a country DECLINE a quota place (other than for doping reasons)?

If the lights light up exactly at the correct moment, he was definitely first, since his light went on first. Not sure if those lights are 100% accurate though?
