Ski Jumping FIS World Cup 2020 - 2021

Nice to see two Canadians qualify. Going to enjoy it because I doubt it will be happening super often xD

:CAN Soukup got out of qualifying in a world cup for only the second time in his career. Solid job from Boyd-Clowes, too.

There will be 2 charter flights for all teams going to Kuusamo and then Nizhny Tagil, which will be a first. This time all favorites are making the trip to Russia, because it is a rare opportunity to have a whole week of training on snow after the bad pre-season camps.

:GER blowing it here after leading at halfway.  :AUT profiting.  Surely the passionate home support - ie the DJ & his brother - will push :POL over the line.

And indeed the Austrians close out the win! They’ll be waltzing in the streets of Vienna tonight sitting at home in front of the TV cheering, or else will get beaten up by the Polizei.

Back to back for Austria in Wisla, that was surprisingly because I expected a Germany's victory.

It's the 1st time ever that a country reach to win 2 team event in Wisla and Austria and Poland was on the podium in the Wisla team event :cheer:

Hall of fame:

2017 - :NOR Norway

2018 - :POL Poland

2019 - :AUT Austria

2020 - :AUT Austria

Oi, Stefan Kraft doesn’t make the final round....

Quite a few surprises in the first round. With many of the favourites at the back, or not making top 30 at all, like Kraft and Tande and the switching wind, a surprise winner is coming :)

It’s a strange sport - you can be all-conquering one year, then utterly nowhere the next.

Boyd-Clowes takes the lead, quick, grab a screenshot!
