Sweden still in the race for their first women's relay win since 2011 (!). That was with Anna Maria Nilsson still in the team, who retired a year later and then became the coach of the Brazilian team for a while (their first coach).

When I first started watching biathlon Sweden did not even field a women’s relay team.

 

Sanfilippo is the unlucky Italian girl who is going to take them from third to eighth.
