It Is not too much fair, that USA and Canada know time of their QF before tournament.

Due to it, they have more support in QF that it should be

There's only one solution. Divide it into five blocks, each lasting one minute (5 on 5, 4 on 4, 3 on 3, 2 on 2, 1 on 1). Total chaos. Everyone will like it. My idea is simply perfect.
