I was looking forward to today's race to get a picture of our guys' condition before the relay.

 

Carollo overperforming is very good news, he definitely earned the spot in the 3rd leg.

 

The bad (but not surprising) news is France is way too strong and is guaranteed a place on the podium.

 

The terrible news is Graz blowing up, if he performs like this on Sunday we are cooked.

 

Now, all of this could be useless if the technical staff provides the athletes with the same worthless pieces of wood they prepared for the skiathlon.

This must be one of the worst results in an Olympic race for  men's cross-country. If not the worst. I mean Anger is just a few places before  Matikanov.

Crazy french performance. No worse than an 16 th place in both sliathlon and today's race.

 

Noboddy in their right mind would have expected more than a medal for our guys during these olympics. Two already with a huge opportunity to make for a record breaking three medals olympics.
