I think a 50-second run is enough for Noel, even on an easy slope. If he skies clean, I think he can make up the time on Yule at the very least, probably on Nef as well.

 

Also, no slope is easy enough to prevent Vinatzer from not finishing.

I'm not a fan either, but apparently the IOC is pushing really hard for team events everywhere, and it's very hard to come up with a formula for a team competition in a strictly individual sport like alpine skiing.

I’m a big fan of both Odi and Franjo as you know 

 

Even I find it somewhat boring (only somewhat because it’s beneficial to Switzerland ), this combined event format combined is stupid and unnecessary. Why on god’s earth would it get changed from the combined event in Beijing to this, essentially screwing over countries that don’t have specialists in both, I don’t know. Way less competitive too.
