Sad for Verniaiev and Larduet, but Verniaiev didnt deserve more than 14.9 points, he had a worse landing than in qualification. Uchimura really has nerves of steel, i think he might be the first double olympic champion from Japan in a very long time, Verniaiev still has a very good chance for a gold on parallel bars.

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

I've lost all hope with the Brazilian gymnasts. At this point they are just embarassing themselves. Unbelievable.

I hope nothing serious happened to Jade.

She is one of my favorite gymnasts. Period. She's amazing and she deserves all the accomplishments she has achieved so far.
