It is a lot faster for sure.  Once you have done the second fencing round - about 45-50 minutes, the other three events are done in just one hour.

They should just have sticked to a 1 point match round robin, with a 3 min bout. Ties, awarded just .5

No, fencing become more interesting than before, now we can see more attacks than just boring 1 minute passive boughts and everyone has a chance to perform good in the fencing despite of the failed ranking round

I am more and more impressed with Khalil, he seems unbeatable and he is only 14 years old. For the next 10 years for all the others she is likely to run for silver in the women's pentathlon. Just wow.

This happens when you focus on UIPM TV by charging disproportionate subscriptions. however if I'm not mistaken, this is the first stage on youtube, on previously stages they relied on Olympic Channel
