Milan & Inter have been given the green light to destroy San Siro. :( I, even though a fan of Juventus for 24 years now (though i like Inter as well) am very sad, as this has been my favourite football stadium in the World. There is just something very unique about it, the design, the feel, the inside look etc.

Don't know what has been UEFA's and the clubs' problem with it and why they are lambasting it for some years now. They are always saying "big problems, doesn't meet the criteria", but never specifying what exactly is wrong with it.

I doubt they will make some new futuristic stadium, that will blow our minds, but more so they will lose the historic atmosphere of San Siro.

San Siro stadium is 100 years old and it's feeling them all

there are a lot of things that are not compliant anymore with a modern stadium, but, above all, there's a big structural problem that leads to keep part of the third ring closed and makes the entire stadium vibe during concerts and sport events with a sellout crowd

it's time to build a new stadium (actually, a serious city council would force both Milan and Inter to have their own stadium, not just one shared between the 2 clubs)

however, we all fear that the new stadium will be a shitty building, born dead and not a modern state-of-the-art infrastructure like the newest US stadiums

The right decision, but 20 years too late... UEFA had to give them an ultimatum, otherwise they would be debating the design of a new stadium for another 20 years, like in Italy:facepalm: I think that, both Inter and Milan should have their own stadiums, but good thar, and that's just the beginning, I hope. Currently in ITA has 1 (one!!!) stadium that meets UEFA's criteria for Euro 2032: Turkey, for example, has several... In my opinion, there's no debate.

Nostalgia? Yes, but the old Wembley and Highbury also had their history, yet they had to be demolished and bulit modern stadiums. Thanks to this, among other things, England has the best league in Europe, while Italy is still stuck in the 1990s. Of course, stadiums are just one of many reasons, but the rebuilding of Calcio has to start somewhere.

Watching Iran beating India in a women's friendly tournament today it felt almost a joke, made me wonder what on earth for Iran has a space agency?

These 2 facts go hand in hand only if the hijab has some secret powers, like a superhero costume or something.

So, Tunisia improved their spirits yesterday and looking forward to a qualification at the Olympics some time in the future.

However I fail to see how a 16-0 defeat of Libya is worth of the proverbial compasionate character existing in the Islam, at least towards your own kind. Or is it, however, oh wait, just another hypocrisy that religions got us used with?

If I would have been the Tunisian coach I would give precise orders in the second half to my players to stop attacking and give more opportunities to their opponents to play some football too.

LOL give the chance to your rivals is a kind of cheating and disrespectfull , looks like your are feeding a poor hangry  dog

I understand you bro, but you're missing my point.

I didn't watch the match, but I've seen the highlights/goals on FIFA +.

The Libyan team was so bad that gave you the impression, they were gathered from the street minutes before they left for this tournament.

In these conditions it is not the players, it is the coach and federation to blame for this shame. Not killing the players with a goal every 4 minutes. And it's a friendly match. So what I said earlier stands.

Even giving advices to the opponent side, would be a shame on their federation and would have made those Libyan girls to feel a little better.

This 16-0 proves nothing of the positive traits of the human character. And football brings people together, they say...
