Unfortunately, she had to many stupid things in many situations – especially at the Olympics. Sometimes it was hard to believe the stupid things she did on the ice.

It’s honestly baffling how bad she was in 2018. Just absolutely lost her head. Real shame too because she is so gifted.

I do hope Li Jianrou sends her a Christmas card every year tho, she was absolutely gifted a gold medal by Christie in 2014.

Report on nu.nl that Suzanne Schulting will participate in the Dutch Championships this weekend. According to the report she trained with the national team on Tuesday and will try for one of the remaining 2 places in the women’’s team (as Xandra and Michelle Velzeboer and Poutsma are pre-selected on the basis of their World cup performance)
 

 

Would not be surprised if her teammate Angel Daleman would also participate.

Of course, Jorien ter Mors doubled in 2014 and 2018 and even won medals in both in 2018.

Don't know how much she trained for it lately but the squad besides those prequalified is rather weak. She's got a fair chance of making the team. Now for the medals ...

Both she and Daleman could be a boost for the relay. But, even with these weaker skaters, the Dutch team won the last two world cups.

 

There have been reports of her training with the national team, but the article clearly states that she has concentrated on the long track.
