I don't think that Archaia received this place, because Baran from Poland had better total pts

I will re-check reallocations after adding AIN-B.

So, we have a list of reallocations for AINs frpm belarus

Short notes from the IOC statement:

1. Decisions to reject quotas are final.

2. Decisions to approve quotas are not final - new facts may lead to the rejection of invitation.

3. Decisions cannot be appealed - NOCs were not invited to the Games, so it is a good will to invite individual athletes... or not

4. Unused quotas will be reallocated to another NOCs (not to be sunstituted by another AINs).

Empty lines in the IOC Decision column means no decision yet.
Reallocation to another NOC means that IF has to reallocate this quota to another NOC (not AIN) according to the IOC decision.

The most probable reallocation is mentioned in the table.

Remarks:

* - quota should go to JO Seongbin but :KOR has selected its maximum number of participant and it is unlikely that IWF or NF will revise that selecion. Thanks to @Jan Linha and @phelps

** - important precedent was found by @Faramir to show alternative way of reallocation supported by @Art Art:

a) at a single tournament - quota goes to the first eligible athlete at the tournament where it was won by AIN, not taking into account those who won quotas later

b) chronologocally - tournament by tournament - with cascading redistribution of quotas, taking into account those who won quotas later and redistributing their quotas from later tournaments.

These alternative ways are shown in the table only for the quotas determined to the reallocation by the IOC.

So, this mean that Baran and Kościółek will get reallocation or "reallocation to another NOC" means that athlete from other country will get it?

Yes they will have it.

I wrote "reallocation to another NOC" because the IOC did not specify who will obtain the license (other means not russian or belorussian).

Reallocation will be done by UWW, but according to my calculations (thanks for correction from @Illya) these quotas will go to Poland.

Yes, according to the qualificarion rules it must go to Alina!!

By the way, russian media said that the IOC started sending invitation letters to the athletes on the lists. So no substitutions to follow.

I think that Baran cant get quota as Baranowski did qualified in the same weight during other QT

That will be a question for UWW to decide. EQT was earlier than WQT, so it would be natural to give quota to Baran. And then quota from Baranowski will be reallocated to UZB, I think.

I suppose weightlifting+102kg might go to :CZE Kamil Kučera because :KOR has already chose 3 male athletes in other categories.....

I know that she isn't either rus or blr athlete but how big are chances that :CYP Vera Tugolukova will be excluded too?

    • I`m a traditionalist and I like alpine skiing competitions in the morning hours, illuminated by the sun In ski jumping this is practically non-existentthis in contrast the early 21st century (It's nice that at least there's Planica at the end of every season). There are also traditional competitions under artificial lights, like in Schladming or Madonna di Campiglio. There's no need to do the same thing everywhere as in ski jumping. Alpine skiing finals are rarely super exciting, because usually everything is clear and the skiers are tired from the long season. Finals were often canceled, so this year it was okay for me. If someone wanted a spectacle, that's what the Olympics Games or the World Cup in Kitzbuchel.

    • Baffling scheduling again. It's like FIS want to drive people away.    It's the Finals, on paper your big conclusion to the season, yet it feels like "let's get this over with". Just compare how the ATP treat their finals with this.   Ok, you want to have the GS & SL on Tuesday/Wednesday. That's fine, i've been advocating for more mid-week starts to begin with. But why, oh why do you have them in the middle of the day, on a work week.  Why aren't you having them in the evening, in prime time, when people are off work. Make it a big special event, which people want to visit and not during the day in front of a 100 fans. It's not that hard to choose a place with some floodlights.     And even this week we don't have Champion League football, so the night is free from big competition. Perfect opportunity to have alpine skiing on TV right now, but noooo.
