I don't know how our lineup compares to others, but I have liked our chances, what with 2 gold medalists and a bronze medalist.

Unfortunately, our teams are in poor form here and it looks like we'll finish 2x4th. The USA has 2 road riders in their lineup, so we can't make excuses that others are only focused on the track. Or are we simply losing the technology race? Because how can we understand Australia's sudden progress in men?

And so GBR's time without Archibald is very good. The same goes for USA, who reportedly put Faulkner in the lineup only a few weeks ago.

Who is in charge of counting the laps and ringing the bell? That’s twice at these Olympics the bell was rang a lap too late, unacceptable at this level.
