Slalom Canoeing at the Summer Olympic Games Paris 2024

Recommended Posts

Completely gutted for Grigar. He sacrificed so much after returning from injury and this stupid mistake cost him a medal. :(

We made all 4 finals here. as only one of the couple of nations competing here

Bronze M C1

4th W C1

6th M K1

9th W K1

Great result, amazing result one would say for such small poor nation somewhere in the middle of europe, but still I feel so frustrated and sad.

This sport is so beautiful but also so unfair sometimes. One mistake even not your own fault like this one when the water suddenly changed the current and stopped you for a second cost you a medal at the end :(

That was an exciting final alright. Almost everyone made some mistake or got stuck in the stream at the reverse gate alas it wasn't as bad as with the women. Italy having a good day today for a change ;)

Bellandi can't compete with Wagner, who fortunately lost to the Israelian girl in 1/2. In any case, 1 medal - even gold is a big disappointment for us considering 3x 5th places.

It could be worse. For example, you could be like :HUN .

Hopefully you will have a better Olympics next time (at least in this discipline)
