Jasneet Nijjar under 52 seconds in the women's 400, becoming the 7th Canadian to do so this season.

 

Stiverne, Clayton, Pierre-Webster and Konrad are all out in the heats, wow!

Konrad the big one, but when you have so many talented 400m runners you’re bound to get some semi notable names missing the final.

the commentators said they heard he was nursing an injury but didn't elaborate

Jackson Mckay just over the U20 decathlon standard, becomes first multi athlete to qualify for CAN

Best mark of 19.62m for Sarah Mitton in women’s shot put after the 5th round. Solid, but not anything out of the ordinary for her.

Cole Wilson with a PB of 7558 in the decathlon!

FWIW Damian Warner scored 7449 in the decathlon when he was 21 at Nationals, the same age of Wilson
