Probably because you're not really going to visit a country, but a city, in their case

 

If your only goal is to visit Prague, it'd be good to prepare some knowledge about Prague, but why bother with Brno or Nove Mesto or something?

The amercan dude knows more stuff about the Czech Republic than most American do about their own country tbh.
