I see the UCI is testing out the new discipline they intend to propose for inclusion at LA28.

And now a race over 10km.

Apparently US musician Todd Rundgren covered one of the biggest Dutch Christmas classics, if not the biggest :yikes: It's from the point of view of a little boy and it's about 'Flappie', his pet rabbit :p

In terms of having the right melody it's done nearly perfect, although the music could have been a bit less loud in comparison with the voice.

Here's the real one, not with English music but with English subtitles:

How do you tell a good carp from a bad one, as a matter of interest? :dunno:

In Britain we have carp fishing contests live on TV.  We catch ‘em, weigh ‘em - then put them back into the lake because we don’t eat ‘em.  That would be cheating. :redcard:

Carp is mostly disgusting. the only thing that can be done to absorb the muddy taste is to clean the carp properly, it is best to leave it to swim in the bath or in a tub for a few days, as we do in CZ/SK before christmas. The second option is to leave it frozen longer in the freezer.

Carp Taste is definitely one of the worst among fish, but Christmas without carp is not Christmas. :)

you can cook them in different ways, the most common recipes are fried "horseshoe"  Pictures or just carp with garlic and lemon Pictures

See, this is why Protestantism was so popular in the Czech lands before the Defenestration of Prague.  We can eat bacon seven days a week now! We don’t have to eat horrible muddy river fish anymore!
