rafalgorka 1,403 Posted October 12, 2023 Author #84 Share Posted October 12, 2023 (edited) Still awful games for Germany so far. Have i missed sth here??? Maybe a gold in canoe slalom? Or shooting? Looks like scheduling is really bad for Germany this time. They will have much more medal chances in the 2nd half of the games. rafalgorka 1,403 Posted October 12, 2023 Author #86 Share Posted October 12, 2023 On day 6 POL is happy because Iga Świątek wins her semifinal in W Singles against Ons Jabeur TUN :-) So we have a medal number 5, gold or silver. It was a very hard battle though 6-3, 6-7, 6-4. In second semi Coco Gauff beats Jelena Ostapenko.

rafalgorka 1,403 Posted October 12, 2023 Author #88 Share Posted October 12, 2023 Coming back to Germany - if we repeat 2023 WCH results in all the events (unlike repeat of 99% of them like I do in this thread heh) we would have 2 golds - Eventing Team and W Team in archery. Next days should be much better. I don't think it looks that similar for any other NOC if we exclude athletics powerhouses like ETH KEN or JAM. I think we sort of gave up on trying to beat Bodnar/Radis in the double sculls. Meanwhile I believe Twellaar/Broenink have a big chance of winning gold in the mens double sculls. Overall great predictions though, love reading through these! Josh
