Isn't that something you correct in gym (or with more skating)?

Absolutely. If long skates are giving back pain all the time, you're either not having enough long skates or your position sucks :p

tbh, I didn't expect him to have a great race, as he just came back (with a modest time) from a flu (and after losing the entire last season after the horrific Pyeongchang injury)...

      won the last, decisive match against in the Super-8 phase and qualified to the semifinals, especially thanks to a great performance by Samson Sanju with the bat (97 not out from 50 balls)  once again, the bowlers let the Windies' hopes down when it really mattered (and despite a decent start with 2 important wickets in the early overs)   Semifinals   Wednesday, March 4th:  vs  in Kolkata (7 p.m. local, 2.30 p.m. CET)   Thursday, March 5th:  vs  in Mumbai (7 p.m. local, 2.30 p.m. CET)

      Day 3 in Ancona   women's 60m: 1.Zeynab Dosso, 7.10 (7.09 in the heats), 2.Kelly Ann Doualla (16 years young), 7.21 men's High Jump: 1.Christian Falocchi, 2.30m men's 60m: 1.Filippo Randazzo, 6.61, 2.Samuele Ceccarelli, also 6.61, 3.Eduardo Longobardi, 6.62 (very nice race, despite the timings are not world class) men's Triple Jump: 1.Andrea Dallavalle, 16.99m, 2.Andy Diaz, 16.90m, but he was well far from the board, with a good board, it would have been a 17.50+ jump (ps both only jumped twice) women's 400m: 1.Eloisa Coiro (800m specialist), 52.02 men's Eptathlon: 1.Dario Dester, 6121 pts (new Italian Record)   Day 2 in Mariano Comense   the only non loughable result is the women's discus throw: 1. Daisy Osakue, 59.79m, 2.Benedetta Benedetti, 58.17m (PB)   men's Marathon   world bronze medallist Iliass Aouani ranked 6th at the Tokyo Marathon and improved the Italian men's National Record up to 2:04:26 (7th European runner in history)

      Was an interesting competition...as I was watching, I was thinking that the boulders seemed a bit simple for this caliber of athletes (and also a lack of more dynamic moves).  Glad my suspicions were confirmed when Oriane and Janja stated that they wished the boulders were harder at the end.  We'll see what this looks like if this happens again!   (Biggest complaint: SF1 and SF2 was immediately followed by the Small Final, so the loser of SF2 wasn't as rested.  They could have switched genders to the other SFs first.)

      He missed all 3 attempts at 2.27 to finish in second place. Merlos cleared 2.27 on his first attempt to equal his PB from a few weeks ago and will go for 2.29 now.     Another 2008-born athlete, Evelyn Mitropoulou, got 6.45 in the women's long jump  The U20WL is 6.46, so she was very close. She also smashed her own indoor U20NR of 6.25 today

      17 yo Charalampos Alivizatos in the men's high jump with 2.25 at  National Championships  His previous PB was 2.19, he equaled that today, then cleared 2.21 on his first attempt,  2.23 on his third, and 2.25 on his first!   He is trying now for 2.27 and missed his first attempt. He is currently in second place as Merlos also cleared 2.25 but with less attempts.   He is improving rapidly. His PB after 2023 was 1.90, then 2.07 after 2024 and 2.15 after 2025
