It is, but the tickets are limited.  And you have to be a registered supporter of a particular team in order to access them.  They're not really available to the general public

Wooow 23 british parliament have signed to ban USA from the next world cup and many international event 

 

 

Now, 23 politicians from Labour, the Lib Dems, Green Party and Plaid Cymru have signed a motion, external in parliament, calling on international sporting bodies to consider expelling the US from major international competitions, including the World Cup.
