no, replacements can only be made until an hour before the start of the actual competition...if you get injured in the last warmup when you're already on the track there's no way to call up the reserve man/woman/transexual

Dariya Derkach would be unstoppable if it was a bowling match, but unfortunately, it's the triple jump final and X X X X X gets you nowhere :/

 Rojas comes up clutch in the final round, producing a mark of 15.08m to win gold in the women's triple jump.  Bekh-Romanchuk wins silver in 15.00m, and  Perez Hernandez wins bronze in 14.96m.

 

 Ricketts 4th in 14.92m,  Lafond 5th with a new NR of 14.90m, and  Povea 6th in 14.87m.
