Oh, don't get me wrong, it's an incredible result!

It's just ironic given our history of 4th place finishes at the Olympics

We also have a history of getting a lot of bronze medals, but it never gets talked about :p

@konig

Except for the winter, where bronze is usually not the main colour for Canada :p

Hence 'usually', Beijing was the exception :d

Most won medals for Canada at Winter Olympics:

2022: Bronze
2018: Gold
2014: Gold/silver
2010: Gold
2006: Silver
2002: Gold/bronze
1998: Gold
1994: Silver
1992: Silver
1988: Bronze

:p

Anyhow, awesome to see they reached the semi's here, too bad Argentina is just...well, a different level, I suppose, I would have loved to see Canada win the match.

We watched the best match of all the Copa America, Uruguay miss many good goal situation and Colombia stand correctly in the second place.

After the unnoficial final, the oficial is Argentina vs Colombia, an unexpected final for me.

The best thing of Colombia: the sensuality of their womens.

There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
