concerning these famous OQS? How do you qualify it? a ranking on the Shanghai and Budapest events?

Miracles don't happen twice, I wasn't expecting Alipour to win the gold/quota here, he had his run in Hangzhou instead a month ago.

 

but he looked a bit out of shape here. he didn't slip in KO rounds but never got close to his AG records. if he wants to qualify next year he has to be faster than this. most of his opponents are from Asia though.

 

He won everything possible in this sport, World title, World Games title, Asian title, Asian Games title (twice). I know he can't win the Olympics but I hope at least he qualifies. he deserves that for all of his hard work which he did mostly alone without a coach , etc.

Katibin  losing creates an interesting situation too. Mulyono is probably their third best climber at the moment, but now he has a quota.
