No, I don't think EAA has ever awarded the hosting right before knowing who is in which league. This is not ice hockey. :p

well he said Minsk will host it at 99% it´s done. we´ll see, as I said he may be one of the most informed person i the world athletics, he is a manager of many world top athletes.
