Well, a pretty much expected gold, just did not expect that the final would be won with the first jump

 

Really wanted 14m+ win for style points.

 

It's a gold for Lithuania in triple jump, 4 years after Dovilė Dzindzaletaitė did the same and now they're brawling together over who holds our national record

 

Also, in the spirit of smaller teams, it's nice to win this gold on the same day that Croatia gets theirs @dcro

Láďa Vondrová won silver in W 400m one hour after qualifying to the finals in W 400m Hurdles. Great talent.

Ultra weak level of competition in many events so far, except for women's 100 m hurdles, women's high jump, men's long jump and men's hammer throw.

Winning marks in many events (for example men's/women's 100 m, women's 400 m, women's triple jump) are embarrassing.

Bibic: The race was a really good one, there are good competition here. I'm very happy about my result for this race but I'm not finished in this championship yet. Tonight I will run 5000m and this race was a good preperation for that one.
