Is there Black dutch SAs  In SA it's either you're black or white, they don't mix up right there

There are probably English whites and others too? Afrikaners are rather specific minority of Dutch descendants who have Afrikaans as their first language (a funny version of Dutch, according to @heywoodu).

Wayde van Niekerk should be Afrikaaner and is black or mixed raced.
