By the way, if these two criteria (bronze in Rio, 22 now) are correct, we'll know who has been arrested in under one and a half hour. Today's program starts off with the men's 50m backstroke final, which should have Rylov in it.

However, Kenderesi would not be allowed to leave South Korea for the next 10 days, the police official said, requesting anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter.

Right, a police official requests anonymity, but the actual suspect loses all his privacy within hours and while for now only having been questioned.

Kenderesi wasn't one of our more "problematic" swimmers, so I can still see this turning out to be a misunderstanding or false accusation. Still, Hungarian athletes shouldn't be doing anything during any kind of sport event that can lead to an accusation like this. Honestly, unless it turns out that he's 100% innocent, we should just leave him out of the Olympic team and let Biczó take his 200m butterfly quota.

Meanwhile Dutch TV again is missing the first final because a program called 'The Philosophical Quintet' has to be finished first. For fuck's sake I can't describe how boring this is. Talking about absolutely nothing.

At least it's on TV in the Netherlands. Not even shown in Australia or New Zealand TV. State or Pay.
