Anyone watched last year´s SVK/UKR film the Line ?

 

I strongly recommend !

 

SVK films are usually just lame, boring and weird as heck, but this one is definitely one of the best SVK movies of all our cinematography history + very good cast with very famous and credible SVK actors and just the best of best of UKR actors.

The movie had it´s first world premiere in Karlovy Vary international festival and won it, The film triumphed also in the other festival they decided to participate in Arras (FRA)

in these last days of Summer, I'm watching Power (season #5) and Snowfall (season #2)...

about Power, I love the "Ghost" character and the girls appearing in the cast, even if acting is not the forte of the series (and 50 Cent as an actor...meh )...

meanwhile I like the stories narrated in Snowfall and the general atmosphere of the series...

10/10 recommend watching Blackkklansman, greatest response ever made to Birth of A Nation, and my new favorite Spike Lee film

Manchester by the Sea is a great discovery. First movie I gave 10/10 on IMdB in 6 months.

 

And yes, I am watching A LOT of movies these days. Almost competing with a movie buff friend about who will watch most of them.

A great film indeed, the best in its year and should have won the Oscar! Casey gave one of the best performances i have seen this century!

Just finished The Last Kingdom, that was awesome  Just like Black Sails earlier this year, which was really nice too  And 3%  

 

Apart from all that, some seriously awesome news: LeBron James has announced he will produce..........Space Jam 2!! That is so cool, I still have the VHS tape of the original movie with Michael Jordan
