You'd think not, especially as Baku were at a pains to make them a big deal. To be fair those first two games were on BT Sport, who at least provided some streams and World Feed commentary. It doesn't help that IAAF, FINA and FIG seem not to care. The inability to get all the major sports on the program is a larger issue, as is general promotion. It being a newer event maybe hurts it a little as well.
