Monzanator 3,641 Posted March 19, 2023 #172 Share Posted March 19, 2023 Klinec 223.5 in the 2nd round and wins Raw Air overall. Two other jumps over 200 meters in the 2nd round - Loutitt 225.0 and Opseth 207.5. The wind could have been better but this is the nature of this sport. Entered one Felix Hoffmann in the Team Event - who has never competed outside of the Four Hills domestic pool and one-off trip to Sapporo four years ago Hoffmann won several Continental Cups recently, made it to the World Cup team and was among the four best Germans in training, that's why they nominated him. Given that he was the only German, who had two good jumps yesterday and got some World Cup points today in spite of having horrible wind, I don't think it was a wrong decision.
