That’s actual pretty damn for beginners :yes. They were in the wrong discipline all along.

@hckosice I’d say with 95% certainty that :SVK will have a women’s bobsled in Lausanne :yes. She might even be an outside contender for a medal :yikes:

Some good news for @Wumo and @Agger as well. :DEN has a very talented men’s skeleton athlete who finished 7th in the first of 8 qualification events.

He is a rather interesting athlete. Decathlon at summer, skeleton at winter :p

Well @hckosice, I’m about to rock your world with this one: https://www.ibsf.org/en/component/events/event/500568

Legit medal chance for Slovakia.

:LIE is still doing good too, but I wouldn’t say they have any medal chances yet. :USA had terrible performances, and the Swiss might really need to put some work in.

I can’t wait to see who wins a medal! It could be Green, Gray, Orange, Black, etc.! What a thrilling and not at all joke competition :p

    • There will be specialized double sculls...just not for an NOC if it is entering singles specialists.   Either enter 2 singles specialists, or 1 XD specialist pair.   But they can in theory compete in both events, I guess, if they qualify...our top M, I think, does both.   But there are 17M, 17W, and 30 Pairs allotted in the quota, so I don't think the intent is that every singles entry will be in doubles.   (Perhaps this gets to fall in line with Weightlifting, where due to max entry quota, an NOC can't enter in every event, even if they have the best athletes...here, unless you have a pair who qualifies in both.)
