It's hard to find how Women Water Polo World Leagues 2019 system will work for European countries?

http://www.fina.org/event/women-european-qualification

After first round of qualification only 2 teams from Group A and 2 teams from Group B goes to Europa Cup Final? And later 3 or even all of them qualifies to Superfinal?

The Italian Federation site says that from the first round 6 teams advance to the Europa Cup Final (the two group winners directly to semifinals, second and third ranked teams meet in quarterfinals). From the Europa Cup Final, top 3 teams qualify to World League Superfinal. If one of these teams is also the Superfinal host, the 4th also qualify.

it was quite interesting to watch today's games, which were played with the new rules...

I'm not a fan of those, but I have to admit that they are going to bring quite a new flavour to the game...and in the longer period, they will change a lot of things in the tactical aspects of the sport and in the physical training, as it's clear that you need to be less powerful but a lot quicker and resistent in swimming...and have a quicker recovery phase (as there are less timeouts and the interval between periods is shorter)...

the negative point, probably this would lead to a more aggressive use of doping practice also in this sport, as the swimming skills will definitely be more demanding...
