7 sounds too few. They should add women's doubles, relays for men-only, women-only, doubles-only. And also sprints for all relays. That's some 18 events, enough to play German anthem on the loop for 2

D-Fisch lost almost 2/10 in the final 3 curves from Kindl...no way he can climb up the standings with such a performance...

being out of the Olympic medals for 1/1000 of a second was so painful, but being so far away from the podium like today...well, it really sucks! :facepalm:

OK, my day's over...

as expected, K-Fisch waste the chance of his life...

and Austria is on the podium in the men's single once again (and always with someone different from time to time)...:yikes:

I just can't belive that! Pavlichenko makes a capital mistake on the last curve and blows it away...
