We have two official bids for the 2031 Pan American Games: :PAR Asuncion and :BRA Rio de Janeiro-Niteroi

Paraguay might be the sentimental favourites here, especially if they host a successful Junior Pan Am Games this year. 2019 and 2023 hosts were awarded after each city lost the previous games. Asuncion closely lost to Peru for the 2027 Pan American Games the second time out.

It also means the fourth straight edition in South America. Peru - Chile - Peru - ?

Would have to figure any bid for 2035 from either Canada or the USA would be the odds on favourites.

Gujarat is all but set to host the 2030 CWG. The detailed presentation was submitted to CGF and a formal bid will be launched in March.

The venues for the games are identified as SVP Enclave (aquatics, boxing, basketball, gymnastics, kabaddi), Karai Sports Hub (athletics, triathlon), Naranpura Sports Complex (badminton, table tennis, judo), Statue of Unity (beach volleyball, mountain biking), Narendra Modi Stadium (cricket), IIT Gandhinagar (road cycling, hockey), Gujarat University (netball, shooting), Transstadia Eka Arena (rugby, e-sports, yoga), Mahatma Mandir (weightlifting, wrestling), and the Vijayi Bharat Foundation for archery.
