Always amazing to see how after that long qualification round some shooters go 9/15 or 15/25 in decisive rounds.

it's because in qualification they have the double shot (which should be abandoned as quick as possible, with the double shot it's too easy for those shooters), in the medal stages they only have a single shot (referred to Trap, Skeet is just another beast)...

pressure and mental issues also do play their part in the decisive stages, of course...

Rossi and Hall qualified for the final. I didn't expect Rossi in the final act, seeing how she starts the semi.

Jessica was really lucky because Magrina lost her mind after that long review and started missing one target after another...

    • Today is a day without Italians in the leads positions. I`m worried that they are not trying to revive this our sprint. There is only one Bosa and he is old. Pergher is young but she is also only one. It is a pity. After the Olympics they will probably 100% give up on the entire sprint. Our medal bag in Cortina will depend 90% on Ghiotto, just like it did on Fabris in Turin 2006. If Ghiotto will be in goodshape, he can even win 2 individual golds + a team medal. If not, it will be a flop. Apart from him, only Lollobrigida can compete in the mass start and possibly Giovannini in the men's mass start.

    • Yes, he is ones of the first supporters of Milei, owner of one of the most important stock market of Argentina (Bull market), he was peronist and for "unknown reasons" start to be libertarian.   Even being libertarian in my case, i have to admit that him is one of the dumbest of "Milei supporters" and a clown when  he is in TV, he made me feel  embarrassed in many occasions.   Camila Giorgi being with him is.......inconceivable.
