Heatwave alarm!  

 

Every single model predicts the Dutch heat record (38,7 degrees measured in 1944) to be broken tomorrow or Thursday, possibly shattered. Every model is going for at least 38 degrees, but the potential maximum temperature is at 40-41 or even 42. That would be absolutely insane and I doubt that will happen, but the record is being under threat of not making it's 75 year anniversary by a month or so

So, after almost 75 years, the record has been broken: 38,6 degrees becomes 38,8 degrees at 14:57 and then ten minutes later it went to 39,1
