Shooting ISSF World Cup 2019

I don't get our feline friend phelps. Italy wins like a million medals across all sports every year, yet he's mad about a lousy quota in their worst shooting event

actually, nowadays all the shooting events are our worst events...and in rifle/pistol shooting we still have won only 2 quota so far...

Mazzetti was a finalist here in Rio 3 years ago...and 1 of those few shooters who was supposed to earn an Olympic spot, sooner or later...but he failed once again (like Giordano in the men's Pistol and Zublasing -former world champion- in women's rifle events)...

how can man be happy about our results in this sport in the last 2 years?

moreover, shooting is a sport that I like and I normally watch every time there's a world cup stage and at the major world and Olympic events, so I want Italian shooters to be there, at least competing for medals (then, if they win it's better, but I'm still OK if they have at least a decent competition)...

at the same time, I don't care at all if we are there or not (and even winning medals it's like if it does not happen) in sports I don't follow at all, like Rhythmic Gymnastics, Artistic Swimming, Equestrian Dressage, Tennis and so on...
