Men’s Final starts at 15:00 UK 16:00 Europe - It is indeed Retornaz v Mouat.

Typically tight game, but just one slightly loose shot from Retornaz in the 8th end gives it to Mouat.

Happy to see Fujisawa win a grand slam event! And it looks like Wranå is braking through this season. Not sure Hasselborg will have it easy to represent Sweden again in the championships. Especially this coming world championship when Hasselborg and Knockenhauer just announced they are pregnant.

    • There will be specialized double sculls...just not for an NOC if it is entering singles specialists.   Either enter 2 singles specialists, or 1 XD specialist pair.   But they can in theory compete in both events, I guess, if they qualify...our top M, I think, does both.   But there are 17M, 17W, and 30 Pairs allotted in the quota, so I don't think the intent is that every singles entry will be in doubles.   (Perhaps this gets to fall in line with Weightlifting, where due to max entry quota, an NOC can't enter in every event, even if they have the best athletes...here, unless you have a pair who qualifies in both.)
