How this was not a penalty ? I can guarantee you last year it would be a penalty in ten out of ten cases

Completely natural position. In no way did he move his hand to stop it.

yeah, but the situation emerged from the game. his hand stopped the movement of the ball. Last year it would be a penalty in any match. but, ok, whatever, now it is just history.

Less random penalties from completely natural movement is great!

Winning two penalty shootouts in a row is extremely difficult, so I think this will be for Italy. Furthermore, I think we have won the last 2 against Italy (EURO2008 and Confederation Cup 2013), so I am not confident at all.
