Haven’t tried any of these, but I can tell you (at least from my perspective) that Horiatiki salata tastes much better without olives.

 

My favourite olive dish isn’t on there actually, but I love a good Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. I could eat it everyday and still wouldn’t get sick of it.

From the list, I like the salad and the tapenade, pastel de choclo not so much.

 

They forgot to put “bacalao a la vizcaina”, which is cod with olives and other vegetables, and a staple for Christmas Eve dinner in Mexico City.

I mostly just eat canned olives if I want olives. Kalamatta and Green olives stuffed with pimento are my favorite. Also, a big supporter of olives on pizza.

Monkfish with sliced potatoes, cherry tomatos and olives (but you can do it also with artichoke and olives, also so tasty )

Fresh olives straight off the tree. Once you have tasted one you will never forget it.
