It would be awesome, but why would they give SVK a wild card?  

 

I mean, don't they already have a quota place and besides that, SVK isn't eligible for wild cards are they?

but he is already qualified in road race....so they doesn't need extra quota place.....why not to allow him?

First five nations get 3 quotas in men's. 6th-13th get 2 quotas.
