So if Summer does end up not swimming the 800, then I think Ella Cosgrove would be selected. She was a second off the AQUA standard I believe. Worth keeping an eye on.

Penny Oleksiak goes a 24.89 in the women’s 50m freestyle and qualifies for Singapore Worlds under the secondary cut! (misses the A cut by 0.03)

 

Also a new PB!
 

Two sub 25 clockings as Taylor Ruck finishes second in 24.96.

    • Nobody in the US watches it is the problem the IOC has. That and it's kinda dead as a grassroots sport - I ski and I've only seen one Alpine board in my entire life. It was displayed in a store as a curiosity and it was *old*. Much easier to participate in snowboardcross at a recrational level.
